Moving forward, we will continue to build and improve Nanorep for our current and future customers as both a standalone offering and as part of LogMeIn’s recently launched Bold360 product portfolio. Bold360 is an intelligent customer engagement platform that aims to make digital customer service smarter by providing a real-time 360-degree view of all customer touchpoints and contextual data in a single solution. Nanorep will, however, remain chat platform neutral to accommodate our wide variety of customers.
